The Ho-Ho-Kus School District is committed to a high standard of academic excellence in compliance with the core curriculum content standards in a safe and nurturing environment that will allow students to maximize their potential and prepare them to be responsible, contributing members of a diverse society.

Ho-Ho-Kus School enjoys a long tradition of excellence, with an on-going commitment to academics, character education, the arts, athletics and community service.  The district has earned recognition as a School of Character and students consistently perform above average on state testing at all grade levels.  Extensive and on-going professional development and a strong commitment to the infusion of technology allows teachers to continually update program to offer the best instruction possible.

In partnership with students, parents, and community, the Ho-Ho-Kus School works to meet high academic standards and prepare children to become happy and productive adults, well-prepared for our global society.  Thanks to a strong and supportive home-school association and an active educational foundation, our district's vision for success includes the critical component of community involvement - so important to produce tomorrow's leaders.  With the added advantage of an excellent relationship between our school and township government, the overall atmosphere in Ho-Ho-Kus is that it is a great place to live, work and learn.

I am very proud to be part of the Ho-Ho-Kus community of learners and the team of educators who work to create an environment where all children can flourish and grow.  Together - teachers, parents, staff and students - do make a difference.
